The concept of a project team allows you to control access to a project and information within it. All resources assigned to tasks for a project are automatically added to the project team. There may also be others who need access to the project but are not assigned any tasks, for example, stake holders. You must add such members explicitly to the project team. You can change the privileges given to the project team. For more information, read Dynamic Roles (Section 5.2.2).
