Celoxis provides a master account named administrator. This is a special account and is in addition to the regular user accounts. It can only be used for administrative functions. Hosted version customers will receive an email with the details. The email is sent to the person that signed up for the service. In case of product customers the account is created during the installation of Celoxis. Please read our Installation Guide for details.
